Marie Antoinette’s Hamlet : Petit Trianon

  • The Petit Trianon looks like a hobbit house from the Shire, haha. I was so looking forward to seeing the gardens at Versailles but for some reason they were closed when we were there D:

  • Iโ€™m in love with your blog! It was so interesting to read your posts and also Iโ€™d like to say that you have beautiful photos!

  • This place is just so unbelievably charming, isn't it? I visited when I was last in Paris (at Christmas) and thought it was the most beautiful place. Like you, I much preferred it to the Palace even! ๐Ÿ™‚ x

  • Closed?!?! Is that even possible?? How unlucky is that. I completely regret not hiring a golf buggy to drive around the gardens in. My feet were shot after walking around the entire grounds. It's too big!

  • Hey Diana…. thank you so much for stopping by ๐Ÿ™‚

  • It would have been gorgeous in the winter! I saw it during autumn so the gardens were filled with leaves. Literally.. just leaves everywhere.

  • This is somewhere I have always wanted to visit, and after reading this I really want to go! Lovely photos too xo

  • It's definitely worth the visit… but I would highly recommend getting one of the golf carts to drive around the grounds. I walked and it hurt! There is so much of it to see that the golf carts are well worth the money ๐Ÿ™‚

  • I seriously go here everytime I'm in Paris, I've been way too many times but it's such a serene retreat, I can't get enough!

  • Ohhh you do?? It's so massive there is so much to see. A day here certainly isn't enough time! I wish I was close enough to go all the time, I'd love to see it in the winter.

  • It's like a dream! So beautiful!

  • Looks like a fake movie set…. I can't believe the place was real!
