Palm Trees & Ocean Breeze

Soooooooo I didn’t win lotto as planned. But that’s OK because there is surely something even more magical on the horizon so I’ll let those jackpot winners enjoy their millions and just move on with life I suppose. How was your weekend? Mine was a bit low key as I tried to get over a cold that had hijacked my nasal passage for the past few days. I did however sneak out on Sunday to grab some sweets with Tim (a taster box of different flavoured meringues in fact that were super super gorgeous and super delicious too!). Hashtag; meringues are technically made of egg whites so it’s pretty much just a protein so it’s not bad for you and you can freely eat the whole box without any guilt because protein is everything apparently. Yay.

You guys guess what, we have just four more days of work to get through before we take a quick holiday to Bali (hands in the air emoji). Since I returned from my time in Paris almost two years ago, we haven’t had more than a long weekend off and I am dying to get some sun, sit by the sea and work on my moon tan for 10 blissful days. This will be our second trip to Bali, the first we spent only five days there as I took Tim away as a surprise trip before I left for France. It was such a great trip and we have so many great memories from that visit that I can’t wait to get back and see even more with a slightly longer trip this time.

On the itinerary we will be staying in:

  • Seminyak
  • Ubud
  • Gili Trawangan
  • Canggu
  • Jimbaran

Have you visited any of the above and have some good recommendations? I’d love to hear your suggestions and add them to our list of places to see. For the time being however I have to busy myself with packing my inflatable donut for the pool and getting familiar with who my favourites are on the new season of the Bachelor so if you’ll excuse me for now…. x

All the pale blues and green hues just give me that holiday feeling!)

It’s so gorgeous and is always being changed around slightly, so it’s nice to visit every now and again and still always feels new!

I like your approach to meringues. They should feature more in fitspo diets!

Bali sounds like it will be an awesome time! I’ve never been, so looking forward to those photos.
